Notes:
What would happen if we really could influence the weather? Be it for the spotless skies for Olympic ceremonies, to prevent draughts or for the use in wartime, it seems to be normal now to shape the weather to our tastes. Raindances and prayers are things of the past - the job is easily done with a mix of silver iodide and acetone which is sprayed into clouds by means of planes and rockets to bring them down when needed. This worrisome development of the human manipulation of the weather was my starting point for this piece.
