In a Fog - Remember was commissioned by the Grace and Spiritus Chorale of Brooklyn. It sets two poems by Anne Pierson Weise, combined into a single choral movement, and they allude, indirectly, to the calamitous events of 9/11 2001. The piece was commissioned for the 10th anniversary of that event, and performed at a special civic event in Brooklyn on September 11, 2011.
