Additional Information

This is a work lasting just over 5 minutes for string quartet, electronic keyboard (or piano) and percussion.  It is inspired by a short prayer revealed by Bahá’u’lláh for unity between the peoples of the earth.  The piece is in two sections, firstly an allegretto that depicts the world prior to unity, a section which builds up to an agitated and catastrophic climax.  This gives way to the second section which depicts a world of peace and unity between people and nations.
