Additional Information

Composed on 2006, Rev. 2008 and 2018.

Perpetuum mobile structured upon a constructivist use of the germination technique. Space and time are the two "visible" dimensions where this music grows like a plant.
But other subdimension are present despite hidden in the flow, and that leads to a kind of fractality. Indeed, the form of the whole piece reflects the tensional shape of the musical cell itself.

This music represents the composer's spiritual growth that through complexity leads to a final catarsis (the string piano final section of the piece).

This music is dedicated to two people, a mother and her daughter (both tragically dead) who had played a major role in the composer's spiritual rebirth.

It is also dedicated to pianist Alessandro Deljavan, whose musical sensitivity is very much appreciated by the composer.
