Written for Kate Halsall and premiered by her and Fumiko Miyachi at the 2014 Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival (HCMF//). 

The piece is concerned with the strange vocabulary of the perfume industry: a set of adjectives related to scent is sang by the pianists, seperated by pauses in which the resonances of the harmonies ring on like vapour trails.
