Written in 1979, my tone poem Distant Nebulae received its world premiere the same year at St Paul's Church, Covent Garden by the St Martin's Lane Ensemble under my direction. In 2017, I revised the work for a recording by the Malaga  Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Paul Mann.
